Intro to Digital Video Blog - University of Newcastle, Masters Digital Media

Hi everyone!
I thought I would get started with my Blog just to gain some ground where I can. I have had a Blog on Blogger before and after quite a few months and I suppose a few followers I got cold feet updating my personal life in DigiSpace on the Interweb (haha).
Anyway, not much to say as yet. I have read all the material available and I am semi-proficient in Premiere Pro but am waiting for course materials and software to arrive before I really get stuck in seriously.
I have been thinking a lot about my first assignment and think I will do a fantasy story. I have plenty of video footage of me riding my motorbike around Australia, my favourtie past time is riding my bike. I will try and tell a story about myself in sixty seconds based on my passions in life.
I give everything I do my all and more often than not end up dissappointed in my own work!

I am REALLY excited about combing my cumulated knowledge of animation, web design, graphics creation and video experience all together this Trimester. I am seriously nuts about film, music, art and digital media in general so I cant wait to get seriously stuck in. No doubt I will disappear into my office for the rest of the trimester and become even more reclusive than I already am! I think I spend a wee bit too much time online already!
